MCA24/M,Controlli,Actuators for distribution manifolds, zone valves and PICVs

MCA24/M  actuators are designed for mounting on manifolds for floor,
ceiling and wall radiant panels on heating or air conditioning plants.
MCA models can also be used with Controlli BV pressure independent
valves (see BV_DBL427e data sheet).
MCA can be used for On/Off (2-wire) control system in heating,
air-conditioning and ventilation systems and for distribution manifolds
for individual room temperature control of radiant heating &
cooling systems.
If required, auxiliary microswitches are normally open type. In case
you need to operate with a normally closed microswitch, please
contact our Technical Dept.
Thanks to the innovative adaptive feature, this actuator is suitable to
the majority of zone valves and manifolds on the market with stroke
up to 4mm.
The integrated auxiliary switch allows direct or indirect (with relay)
operation of a pump or a fan control unit.

MVH56E and MVHE3K are flexible electro-mechanical actuators for
the control of two-way and three-way globe valves in:
• heating and cooling systems;

MVH56E and MVHE3K can be controlled either by a proportional
(modulating) signal or by an increase/decrease (floating) signal.

in case of unexpected operation, feedback of alarms to the
user is provided by two LEDs (GREEN and RED) on the control board.

MVH actuators have linear characteristic (linear ratio between input
signal and valve coupling joint movement). They are used for fluid
control in air-conditioning-heating systems and in industrial processes.
Three different control types are available:
• floating (3p)
• 165 Ohm proportional potentiometric (pot.)
• proportional (d.c. voltage or current)
They are designed for direct coupling on all CONTROLLI flanged
globe valves (add AG62 linkage for V.B valves) and they can also
be easily used on other manufacturers’ valves with 0..45 mm stroke
for floating action models or 10..45 mm stroke for proportional action
models.

Globe valves actuator for application in heating and cooling system.
MVB actuators are equipped with a reversing synchronous motor and an electronic board available in three different models respectively for floating control, proportional control (potentiometric) and proportional control (voltage or current).  MVB actuators are available with timing of 30 s, 60 s and 370 s.
Due to their versatility MVB actuators can be mounted both on “Controlli” globe valves up to VSB/VMB DN 2” as well as on different manufacturer valves, having stroke from 10.8 to 20 mm. All models are equipped with a manual override device

MVE2xxR-65,Controlli,IP65 Globe Valves Actuators with Emergency Fail Safe Function

MVE2xxR-65 is a flexible electro-mechanical actuator equipped with
electronic fail safe function device for the control of two-way and
three-way globe valves in:
• Heating and cooling systems;
• Air Handling Units;
• District heating plants;
• Industrial temperature control systems.
The actuator is endowed with an electronic emergency return function
which operates through the use of ultracapacitors whose life is
about 10 years if the actuator operates within the operation limits
declared in this data sheet.
The emergency position (retracted or extended stem) is set through
the use of a jumper which can be easily reached (look at paragraph
“DIP switches and jumper settings”).
The actuator is supplied with totally discharged ultracapacitors and
at its first start a pre-charge phase of 130s max will be necessary.
N.B.: in this condition during the first 20-30s no LED signal on the ultracapacitors
upper control board will be revealed; when this interval
has elapsed the RED LED will power on (ultracapacitors charging
phase, look at table on page 7).
During this phase all the functions of the actuator are inhibited and
the charge status of the ultracapacitors is signalled through 2 LEDs
(look at paragraph “Standard LEDs”).
