  • Differential pressure sensor Air dual
    Differential pressure transmitter with two
    independent measuring systems. With each 8
    selectable ranges and one output 0…5 V/10 V.
    For monitoring the differential pressure of air
    and other non-flammable and non-aggressive
    gases. Typical application in HVAC systems for
    monitoring air filters, fans V-belts or fire and
    smoke control dampers. Options available with
    LCD display. IP65 / NEMA 4X rated enclosure.

Flow sensor

Ultrasonic flow sensor for closed cold and hot
water systems containing water or waterglycol
mixtures. It continuously measures the glycol
content of the medium and compensates for it
to ensure an accurate measurement.
The flow sensor is installed in the system via
two external threads (ISO 228-1). The power
supply is AC/DC 24 V and the output signal is
0…10 V or communicative via BACnet MSTP,
Modbus RTU or MP-Bus.
The flow rate can be accumulated.
Programming is carried out with the Belimo
Assistant App via NFC technology.

Flow sensor

Calibrated ultrasonic flow sensor, temperature
and glycol compensated. With DC 0.5…10 V
output signal. This sensor can be used in closed
cold and warm water systems and is robust
against dirt and magnetite. There is also a low
pressure drop across the sensor.

Outdoor sensor with weather shield Humidity /
Temperature

For measuring the relative or absolute humidity
and temperature in outdoor areas. Instead of
the humidity signal, the enthalpy or the
dewpoint can be selected as an output signal.
IP65 / NEMA 4X rated enclosure.

Indoor Air Quality sensor Temperature /
Humidity / CO₂ / PM2.5 / PM10 / TVOC

EXT-KA-SE100 provides real-time accurate
measurements of IAQ to allow for increased
credit from building certification (e.g. LEED,
WELL, RESET). IAQ sensor comes with multiple
power, connectivity, and installation options.
EXT-KA-SE100 is equipped with 7″ full colour
touchscreen display for real-time monitoring.

Room Operating Unit CO₂ / Humidity /
Temperature

For measuring the temperature, humidity and
CO₂ in the room and adjusting temperature and
ventilation setpoints. The high-contrast ePaper
touch display ensures best readability and
intuitive operation. Thanks to MP-Bus, Modbus
RTU and BACnet MS/TP communication, the
room operating units can be seamlessly
connected to existing third-party controllers.
Commissioning and
parametrisation of the device is conveniently
done with the Belimo Assistant App.

Room Operating Unit CO₂ / Humidity /
Temperature

For measuring temperature, humidity and CO₂
in the room and for regulating the room
temperature and/or ventilation. The highcontrast ePaper touch display ensures best
readability and intuitive operation. Thanks to
MP-Bus communication and integrated
analogue outputs, the room operating units can
be seamlessly connected to existing third-party
controllers. Commissioning and
parametrisation of the device is conveniently
done with the Belimo Assistant App. The ePaper
display can be optimised for a wide range of
applications.
Type Overvi

Gas monitor

Belimo gas monitors are factory calibrated and
can monitor up to two gases simultaneously. All
monitors feature audible and visual alarms, and
CAN bus communication, allowing for
standalone operation and networking of up to
32 devices. Select models feature relays and
analog outputs to control ventilation directly, as
well as BACnet MS/TP allowing for integration
into a BMS. All gas monitors are wired via a
daisy chain and are backed by a five-year
warranty.

Thermal energy meter

Thermal energy meter for measuring energy
in a heating or cooling circuit. The device is
certified for heating applications according to
MID and fulfills the requirements of EN1434.
If required, the power supply can be provided
via PoE (Power over Ethernet).
Communication is provided via BACnet,
Modbus or MP-Bus. Configuration is done
with the Belimo Assistant App via NFC
technology or via web server. The
commissioning report can be generated
automatically. Connection to the Belimo
Cloud is possible.
